We currently have several openings for experienced commercial painting foremen. Successful applicants will enjoy a higher than average hourly wage, a comprehensive medial, dental and life insurance plan provided by Merit Contractors Association as well as performance based bonus's. Applicants must extremely reliable, organized and able to manage on-site work forces from 2-20 employees in a professional and safe manner. Applicants must posses a valid Journeyman's Certificate, valid drivers license, vehicle and have 5 years of verifiable experience completing large commercial painting projects. Previous safety training such as aerial work platforms (scissor and boom lifts), fall arrest and first aid is an asset but training will be provided to successful applicants as required by our Health & Safety Program. Experience completing field level hazard assessments, toolbox meeting and daily manpower reports is beneficial but not required as training will be provided for successful applicants.

Venture Painting is now seeking Painters, Vinyl Hangers and Labourers.
Experience is ideal, but we are always on the lookout for individuals that are interested in learning the trade. Requirements:
- Experience in Commercial and/or Residential Exterior & Interior Painting or Wallcovering Installation.
- Clean Whites
- Small Hand Tools (2-4' Extension Pole, Pole Sanding Attachment, Combination Screwdriver, Etc.)
- Safety Equipment (CSA Approved Steel Toed Boots w/ 6" Ankle Support and Hardhat)
- Able to work from 7:00am to 3:30pm daily
- Knowledge of airless spray equipment use
- Journeyman's Ticket an asset but not required
In addition to experienced painters we are seeking experienced foremen. Applicants must own their own vehicle and be extremely reliable. A minimum of 5 verifiable years commercial painting and leadership abilities is required.
